Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods, when you are charged, security, failed payments, and refund method — told day by day.
Effective date: 2026-10-14 · Governing law: Missouri, USA
How this policy is written
This policy follows your money through a single day: the moment you pay, the moment your payment is processed, and what happens if something goes wrong. After the timeline, "The fine print" covers refunds and payment methods we do not accept.
The day you pay: accepted methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
The moment you pay: when you are charged
Payment is charged at order placement. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
The moment you pay: security
Checkout runs through Shopify secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors under their own security controls.
What if… your payment is declined?
Check the details with your bank, then retry or use another payment method. Orders with a failed payment are not held: your items are not reserved until payment succeeds.
What if… an item cannot be fulfilled?
No payment is taken for items we cannot fulfill. If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled, we cancel that item and refund it in full.
The fine print
- Refunds go to the original payment method only. See Day 0–30: Returns & Refunds for refund timing: released 7–10 business days after return acceptance.
- We do not accept cash, checks, or wire transfers. If a checkout page ever asks for payment outside Shopify secure checkout, stop and email us — that page is not ours.
