How this policy is written

This policy follows a defect claim through time: the 60 days after delivery when our cover applies, the day you make a claim, and the days after while we resolve it. After the timeline, "The fine print" covers exclusions and how this cover relates to returns and your legal rights.

Day 0: no manufacturer warranties claimed

We do not claim any manufacturer warranties for the products we sell. This policy states the defect cover we provide ourselves.

Day 0–60: our 60-day defect cover

For 60 days from the delivery date, we cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect covered by this policy appears, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, at our choice, at no cost to you.

The day you claim: how to make a claim

1. Email business@velvete.site within 60 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos that show it.
2. We reply within 2 business days with next steps, which may include a prepaid return label.
3. If the claim is covered, we repair, replace, or refund the item.

The days after: what happens next

Once we confirm the claim, we tell you which remedy applies — repair, replacement, or refund — and the timing. If a replacement is sent, it ships free under the same shipping terms as your original order. If a refund applies, it goes to your original payment method.

The fine print

• Exclusions. This cover does not apply to: misuse or accidents; normal wear, including scuffs and softening that come with everyday use; fading from sun exposure or washing; unauthorized modifications; improper cleaning, including cleaning methods the product page warns against.
• Relationship to returns and legal rights. This cover is in addition to the 30-day returns in Day 0–30: Returns & Refunds and to any rights you have under applicable law. If a defect appears within the first 30 days, you may use either this policy or the returns policy — whichever suits you better.
• After the 60-day cover ends, email us anyway if a defect appears. We will confirm what options, if any, apply to your case.
